It is ideal for sealing boxes of fixed size (with constant height and width). The box must be placed on the work surface with the top flaps already closed. How a semi-automatic Carton Sealer operates

Semi-automatic Carton Sealers are well suited to production lines where the operator loads the carton, folds the flaps, and then feeds the carton into the sealer. The machine applies tape to both the top and bottom of the box and then moves it out the other side. Carton flaps are folded by hand, after which the machine seals the upper and lower sides. The carton must be centred in the machine for both the top and bottom to be sealed. The taping head can use adhesive tapes from 48mm to 72mm wide, and can be tailored to customer requirements.
