Our T5040 Combination Shrink Wrap Machines serve as an intermediate solution between manual stand-alone sealers and chamber (or ‘Tunnel’) models and fully automatic shrink wrapping systems. Two clamps are positioned at the front of the sealer to maximise sealing pressure, which is crucial for effective sealing. The Shrink wrapper T5040 is designed for ease of use and accommodates various package sizes. Temperature settings can be adjusted simply to achieve the required level. The chamber is linked to a tunnel by a conveyor belt, which initiates the shrinking of the film around the product. The machine requires a compressed air supply to function, with an operating pressure of 5–8 kg/cm².

How does the Shrink wrapper T5040 operate?

To begin, the product is placed inside the film. The operator holds the film with the left hand, positions it in the chamber, and uses the right hand to press the handle and close the chamber, cutting the film. The film then encloses the product, which is moved into the tunnel where the film shrinks tightly around it. The vacuuming process is straightforward and efficient. The T5040 packing machine is capable of processing up to 15 items per minute.
