How to use the AUTOMA strapping machine

1. Place the strap reel on the holder beneath the table and feed the strap into the machine.
2. Switch on the machine and allow the sealing unit to reach operating temperature.
3. Adjust the tension setting on the control panel: use a lower setting for cartons, higher for heavier items.
4. Position the package on the table under the arch and start the cycle using either the ball switch or foot pedal.
5. The machine applies the strap, tightens it, seals it underneath and trims the strap. Rotate the package and repeat for a second strap if needed.
