We offer three variants of the High-speed Automatic Strapping Machine, each compatible with PP strapping in widths of 5-6 mm, 8-9 mm, or 10-11 mm. Please choose the model that matches your requirements and either place your order or submit an enquiry. Should your preferred width of the HIPO PRO High-speed Automatic Strapping Machine not be available, we will inform you accordingly. The machine features a compact build with an external strap dispenser, a standard arch measuring 1000 x 800 mm (alternative sizes available upon request and subject to an additional charge), and operates at speeds of up to 50 strappings per minute, designed for use with PP strapping from 5 to 12 mm in width. The tension can be set anywhere between 0 and 45 kg.

HIPO PRO High-speed Strapping Machine

We supply three variants of high-speed automatic strapping machine, compatible with PP straps of 5–6 mm, 8–9 mm, and 10–11 mm widths. Choose the machine that matches your requirements and proceed to order or contact us with your enquiry. The HIPO PRO is a fast-acting strapping machine designed to increase efficiency and minimise downtime. Once activated, the strap is automatically applied around the package, tensioned precisely, then heat-sealed and pressed to ensure a secure closure—all in approximately 1.2 seconds.

The HIPO PRO is a rapid strapping machine featuring a low-maintenance strapping head with minimal moving parts, reducing the risk of mechanical issues from wear or failure. All panels can be easily removed for access to the strapping head, electrical components, and strap reel area. The HIPO PRO can be tailored to suit your packaging environment. It is designed to reduce downtime associated with coil changes, thereby improving productivity. To help manage costs, its coils use less packaging material compared to standard reels, offering further savings on material expenditure. Compact construction with external dispenser, standard arch size 1000 × 800 mm (alternative sizes available on request and at extra cost), up to 50 strapping cycles per minute, for PP strap, 5–12 mm. Tension is adjustable between 0–45 kg.
