The process is generally separated into these main stages:

1. 1. Place the pallet and its tray onto the turntable;

Automatic wrapping cycle

You can select the high and low rotation speeds and the up and down settings according to the pallet height using the PLC control. The steps of the automatic cycle are as follows:

• The pre-set high speed is engaged, and the film carriage moves downwards;
• When the carriage reaches the bottom, the rotation slows, then decelerates and stops in the correct position;
• Once the wrapped load has been removed, the wrapping machine is immediately ready for the next pallet.
