This semi-automatic COMBO model accommodates PP and PET straps in thicknesses from 0.5 to 1mm, with adjustable tension between 5 and 150kg. The pallet connection plate is compatible with PP tape measuring 210mm x 178mm and widths from 9 to 16mm (9, 10, 12, 13, 15, 16mm), as well as PET strap tape 400mm x 178mm in widths from 9 to 16mm (9, 10, 12, 13, 15, 16mm). When ordering, please specify your preferred model and strap width. Tension is adjusted mechanically, and sealing is achieved by hot welding. The net weight of the machine is 140kg. Operating principle of the COMBO Pallet Semi-automatic Strapping Machine

The pallet strapping procedure is as follows:

Extend the pallet probe
Guide the pallet probe into the pallet
Load the PET or PP strap
Place the end of the strap into the pallet strapping machine
Set the required tension; the pallet strapping machine will then automatically tighten and heat-seal the strap around the pallet
