The HC2 is a dispenser cart designed for cord (composite) and PP strap on a 200 mm core. The coil is placed on the cart, allowing the strap to be dispensed as required, preventing the coil from rolling away or the strap from becoming tangled.

A brake mechanism ensures the coil stops unwinding when the operator ceases pulling, so the strap does not spill out in loops.

The cart is fitted with wheels and a handle, making it easy to move the coil alongside pallets during strapping. It features a tray for holding the tensioner, seals and cutter.

The cart accommodates coils weighing up to 50 kg and measures approximately 550 × 400 × 1050 mm. The cart itself weighs around 6 kg.

Instructions for use

1. Place the coil onto the holder of the cart.
2. Feed the strap end from the coil in the direction you will pull.
3. Move the cart to the pallet and pull off the length of strap required.
4. Store the tensioner, seals and cutter in the tray.
5. When you stop pulling, the brake secures the coil.

Care and handling

• Core size. The cart is intended for 200 mm cores; for other sizes, use a different cart.
• Load. Maximum load is 50 kg per cart.
• Brake. The brake prevents the coil from spinning; check it still holds when the coil is nearly empty.
• Storage. Store the cart and strap indoors in a dry place.
• Moving it. Use the handle to push or pull the cart.

Selecting the HC2 dispenser cart
