2. How to insert the strap: The user loops the strap around the item or pallet and feeds it into the battery strapping tool.
3. How to tension the strap: After inserting the strap, the user presses the button to begin the tensioning process.
4. Apply tension: When the user activates the tensioning system, the tool pulls the strap tight around the load. The tension level can be set as required.
5. Friction welding: Once the correct tension is reached, the tool’s sealing system is engaged. For plastic strapping, the tool bonds the overlapping strap ends using pressure and friction-generated heat. The battery strapping tool features a motorised wheel that spins rapidly to create the necessary friction.
