This friction weld, battery-powered hand strapping tool features an ergonomic and robust design to maximise user comfort. It is straightforward to use, with single-handed operation for greater flexibility. The tool is activated by pressing with your thumb, allowing both tensioning and sealing at the press of a button. Place the PET or PP strap of the specified width around your package, overlap the ends with the lead underneath, and hold the strap in your left hand. Ensure the strap is clean and free from oil, then squeeze the release lever and insert the strap into the tool, making sure the straps are overlapped and aligned with the guides. Both the strapping tension and sealing time can be adjusted to suit different types of strapping. For semi-automatic operation, press the tension button to begin tensioning; when the desired tension is reached, press the button again to start welding.
