Operating principle of the Cardboard shredder HSM ProfiPack P425

To start the Cardboard shredder HSM ProfiPack P425
1. Release the emergency stop by turning it anti-clockwise
2. Set the power switch on the right-hand side to the “I” position.
3. The “Ready for operation” indicator will flash. After a brief moment, it will remain steadily lit. The machine is now operational. Press the “Forward” button to activate the cutting mechanism.
4. You can adjust the operating speed across four levels using the – and + buttons. Speed can be changed while the machine is running.
Feeding cardboard
1. Insert the cardboard into the machine. It processes cardboard up to 425 mm in width.
2. If the cardboard is wider, the machine will automatically trim it.
3. To stop the cutting unit, press the stop button.
Switching off
1. Turn the mains switch on the right-hand side to the “0” position.
