Carton flaps are folded automatically before the machine seals both the upper and lower sides of the carton. The carton should be centred within the machine for correct sealing of the top and base. The taping head accommodates adhesive tapes from 48mm to 72mm wide, and can be tailored to customer requirements. Operating principle of the Carton Sealer with Box Taping Machine

Connect to the mains power; the indicator light will illuminate. Attach the air supply.
Press the START control; the machine will activate and the conveyor belts will begin to move.
Without folding the carton flaps, place the carton onto the belt area; the belts will automatically convey the carton forward.
As the carton advances, the machine folds the top flaps automatically, applies tape to seal the carton, and the completed carton is conveyed out by the belts.
The upper and lower rollers press the top and base of the cartons, enabling automatic sealing.
Once sealing is complete, the blade automatically trims the adhesive tape.
