Versatile and robust automatic battery-powered plastic strapping tool suitable for all sectors and environments

The ARGON Plus plastic strapping tool is highly efficient and straightforward to operate, making it suitable for both flat and embossed PET (polyester) and PP (polypropylene) strapping. It is appropriate for a wide range of settings and industries, including construction, timber and wood processing, and the metal and glass sectors. The tool functions reliably at ambient temperatures between 5°C and 45°C, with an optimal working range of 15°C to 20°C to achieve the best sealing and strap tension.

The ARGON Plus plastic strapping tool provides excellent adaptability and workflow efficiency with three selectable operating modes. In automatic mode (AUT), a brief press of the button automatically tensions, welds, and cuts the strap. In semi-automatic mode (SEM), the button must be held; once the desired tension is reached, the tool welds and cuts the strap automatically. Manual mode (MAN) offers greater user control: the tension button must be held throughout, and once the set tension is achieved, welding and cutting are performed manually by pressing the welding button. Additional parameters, such as welding time, can also be finely adjusted with the ARGON Plus plastic strapping tool.

The tension force can be set between 400 and 4200 N, offering flexibility for various applications.

The ARGON Plus plastic strapping tool comes with a standard battery charger, which fully charges the battery in approximately 90 minutes, allowing work to resume promptly. The tool conserves energy by entering sleep mode when not in use. For ongoing reliability, worn components can be replaced with ease.
