The TES Plus 16-19mm battery strapping tool is a reliable, cost-effective, lightweight and high-performance device. Designed for single-handed operation, this bander can be tailored to suit 16-19mm or 5/8″ to 6/8″ wide polyester (PET) or polypropylene (PP) strapping. Tension can be adjusted between 400 and 5000N (13.5 to 900 lbs) to ensure optimal load security. Supplied with a 14.4V Li-ion battery, which recharges in 90 minutes and provides up to 220 seals per charge. The TES Plus 16-19mm battery strapping tool is commonly used in sectors such as paper, aluminium, textiles, steel, logistics, agriculture, chemicals, and metals. Its lightweight construction makes it straightforward to handle. This strapping machine operates without fasteners, using friction heat sealing instead. The device is both robust and well-designed. Using a battery strapping tool streamlines processes and increases packing efficiency.

PET polyester strapping 15,5mm or 19mm – Ø406mm

PET polyester banding offers effective and economical security for packages and pallets. This lightweight, flexible and corrosion-resistant strapping tape keeps goods secure. PET polyester strapping can be applied manually or with a battery strapping tool. PET strapping is an excellent alternative to steel banding, particularly for medium to heavy-duty applications. Compared to steel, PET strapping will not rust, is faster to apply and is more cost-effective. It is also suitable for loads that may change in size during storage or transport due to temperature or humidity variations. PET strapping has further advantages over PP strapping: PET can stretch up to 7% without losing its tension, maintaining strap tightness. In the transport sector, temperatures can reach 60°C, which may cause PP strapping to contract or expand and lose tension. PET strapping, however, withstands temperatures up to 75°C without compromising its properties. The most widely used PET banding features a 406mm core.
