Operating method of the SMARTWRAP X2 PRE-STRETCH Pallet Wrapping Machine

The pallet wrapping machine operates according to the following basic principle:

1. Pallets are brought to the machine using a forklift
2. After the film is manually secured to the pallet, the machine is started and the load begins to rotate.
3. As the wrapping process takes place, the film ascends around the items being wrapped.
4. Once the film carriage reaches the base, the turntable slows down and halts after finishing the wrapping cycle.
5. After the wrapping sequence is complete, the machine returns to standby mode.

Handling, storage, and preparation of the SMARTWRAP X2 PRE-STRETCH Stretch Wrap Machine

To relocate the machine, please use a forklift to lift it from underneath and move it to the desired position.
Ensure the machine is kept in a clean and dry environment. Do not place any items on top of the machine.

The floor must be capable of supporting the equipment, its maximum load, and any impact:

Cleaning 
Clean the SMARTWRAP X2 PRE-STRETCH Stretch Wrap Machine using a dry cloth or a mild cleaning agent. Do not use solvents, petrol, or similar substances for cleaning.
To clean the rollers on the film carriage, wipe the roller surface with alcohol to maintain proper adhesion between the roller and the film.
