Battery-powered strapping is regarded as one of the simplest and safest methods for securing pallets. The tool is user-friendly and easily adjustable. Its well-balanced design enables both suitable for both upright and flat strapping applications applications.

The brushless motor is driven by a modern Lithium-ion battery. With this battery strapping tool, you can streamline your packaging processes and increase efficiency. The tool measures 330 x 150 x 130 mm (L x W x H) and weighs 3.4kg including the battery. This automatic, ergonomic battery banding machine for plastic strapping can be used in both vertical and horizontal positions. It is designed for strap widths of 12-16mm (1/2″ to 5/8″) and thicknesses of 0.65 – 1.0 mm (0.026″ -0.04″). The package includes a battery (14.8 V /2.0 A Li-Po, compliant with UN 38.3 safety standards) and a charger, supplied with the MB620 PET/PP battery-powered strapping tool. When fully charged, the Li-Ion battery supports up to 400 cycles, depending on the selected tension and sealing time.
