The AS-X1012 is a self-propelled electric scissor lift. It transports two people and their equipment to the required height and moves independently between work areas, eliminating the need to reposition ladders or scaffold towers.

This model achieves a maximum working height of 12 m and platform raised to 10 metres, supporting a total load of 320 kg, with a maximum of 120 kg on the extension deck. Indoors, it accommodates two people; outdoors, one person.

When folded, the machine measures 2.40 m in length, 1.15 m in width, and 1.84 m in height with the guardrails down, allowing access through standard factory doors and aisles. The platform measures 2.25 × 1.15 m and extends by an additional 1.0 m.

A typical working shift

1. Inspect the equipment before use: check guardrails, tyres, battery level, all controls, and the emergency stop at both control points.
2. Move the machine to your work area with the platform lowered, at speeds up to 3.2 km/h.
3. Ensure the surface is solid and level before raising the platform using the platform controls.
4. Extend the deck for additional reach as required; the extension deck supports up to 120 kg.
5. Lower the platform before moving more than a short distance, and recharge the machine at the end of the shift.

Safety and servicing

• Use only on stable, level surfaces. Do not elevate the platform elsewhere. If the tilt warning sounds while elevated, lower the platform with care and reposition the machine.
• Outdoor use and wind. Outdoors, this is a single-operator machine and the platform must not be raised if wind speeds may exceed 12.5 m/s.
• Never a crane. This equipment is designed to lift people and their tools only. It must not be used to push, pull, or lift materials, and nothing should extend beyond the platform.
• Inclines. The 25% gradient rating applies only with the platform lowered. When elevated, drive at no more than 0.8 km/h.
• Safety support arm. Before any work is carried out beneath the raised platform, deploy the safety arm and lower the platform onto it.
• Batteries act as ballast. The battery tray must have a minimum mass of 180 kg, with each battery weighing 28 kg. Do not fit lighter batteries, as this affects the machine’s stability.
