With the HSM V-Press 610 automatic baling press, you can compact used packaging materials such as film, cardboard, or wrapping paper into solid bales for recycling. Thanks to its compact footprint of only 2–3 m², the baler can be installed directly at the source of the waste, reducing internal transport distances and improving on-site logistics for packaging material removal.
To operate, simply load the packaging material into the upper section of the machine. A safety switch ensures the press cycle begins automatically once the door is closed, and stops immediately if the door is opened during operation. The robust press plate compacts the loaded material into bales weighing up to 100 kg, using stable press plate guides and a pressing force of 120 kN. The integrated TorsionControlSystem (TCS) continuously monitors the press plate’s alignment in all directions, preventing uneven loading and ensuring optimal compaction. The HSM V-Press 610 can process packaging material into 3–6 bales per hour. Each bale is automatically secured with a strap. The bale can then be easily removed using the mechanical bale ejector and transported away with a pallet truck. Compacted bales are less flammable, reducing fire risk, and can be safely stacked for later collection by your waste contractor. Depending on your disposal partner, finished bales may be eligible for payment.
