Main power switch: Switch ON to operate the machine, and OFF to halt operation.
Power status indicator (POWER): When the power switch is activated, the indicator will illuminate.
Strap feed length adjustment (TIMER): Each increment on the scale represents approximately 500mm. To increase the strap length, turn the dial clockwise.
Strap tension control (TENSION): Select the appropriate strap tension based on the dimensions of your package.
Manual feed/Reset button (FEED/HOME): Press the FEED button to advance the strap. The longer the button is held, the more strap is dispensed. If the machine is not in its default position, press the HOME button to return it to the starting point.
Cooling time setting (COOL TIME): Adjust the cooling time according to the type and tensile strength of the strap to achieve optimal bonding.
Safety cover switch: The machine will automatically cease operation if the top cover is opened. (Always switch off the main power before opening the top cover.)

Pull the strap from the reel and check that the strap end is facing downwards (if not, adjust the reel accordingly). Feed the strap beneath pulley A and over pulley B. Next, guide the strap through wheel C and upwards into strap slot D on the base plate, then continue upwards along the guide roller to the gap between the rollers. Press the FEED button to automatically dispense the strap.
