To begin, turn the key to activate the electric stacker. The handle features two controls: one for raising and lowering the forks, and another for moving the stacker. How do you use the operating system on the pallet stacker with platform, SMITH S-Ride?

1) Insert the key and turn to the “on” position to power up the electric stacker. Move the handle into the operating area.
2) Turn the accelerator control to select the desired direction or to reverse.
3) Adjust your speed by using the movement control until you reach the required pace.
4) Steer the stacker carefully to your destination. The speed can be regulated using the Fahrschalter.

The braking function can be engaged as follows:
1 By moving the Fahrschalter to position ‘0’, the stacker will brake until it comes to a stop.
2 Move the travel switch in the opposite direction; the electric stacker will halt and then move in the reverse direction.
3 The stacker will brake if the handle is moved up or down into the braking zone (“B”). If the handle is placed in the braking zone (“B”), the stacker will brake until stationary.
