High-performance, robust, and easily replaceable battery

The 5PZS600 battery, featuring a 600Ah capacity and 48V output, delivers consistent performance and long-lasting reliability. When a replacement is required, the process is straightforward and can be carried out either from the side or from above. For side extraction, another forklift is used to remove the battery. For overhead extraction, a transfer trolley is used to pull out and replace the battery. As the XE25A electric forklift is equipped with a relatively lightweight battery, side extraction is recommended for safe and convenient battery changes.

The battery supports standard forklift operation in ambient temperatures from 0°C to 40°C, and can be discharged in conditions ranging from -25°C to +55°C.

Dependable controls for enhanced safety

The XE25A electric forklift offers precise operational control to promote safety and efficiency.

This electric forklift is equipped with a CURTIS controller, ZAPI ACE2 motor, and Inmotion controller. The CURTIS controller utilises high-frequency MOSFET technology, providing excellent speed regulation, improved safety, intelligent operation, and robust protection. The controller’s components include a travel controller, contactor assembly, and accelerator. The lifting system uses dual-speed pump control without mechanical contact points, minimising start-up shock and extending service life.

Intelligent display

The XE25A electric forklift features an intelligent display connected to the vehicle system via CAN bus, enabling diagnostics and configuration for the entire system. It allows users to view or adjust module settings to maintain peak performance and minimise risk.

The interface allows navigation via the main screen or submenus, showing details such as battery charge, vehicle speed, current operating mode, and traction hour meter.

Adjustable travel modes enable efficient movement and battery management. The forklift operates in three selectable modes: standard economy mode (E), power mode (P), and slow mode (S).

The intelligent panel alerts the operator to faults or errors by displaying relevant information, allowing operations to be stopped promptly to prevent further damage.

Simple operation and manoeuvrability

This nimble electric forklift delivers strong performance and must be operated by trained and certified personnel. To ensure correct use, only qualified staff should carry out maintenance and repairs on the machine and its components.

1. 

   Inspect the control and warning devices before use. If any parts are damaged or faulty, operations must be suspended until repairs are completed.

2. Ensure the forks are fully inserted under the load and the weight is evenly distributed. Never lift a load with only one fork, and avoid attempting to lift loads that exceed the rated capacity.
3. Start, steer, drive, brake, and stop the forklift smoothly. Always reduce speed, particularly when operating on damp or slippery surfaces.
4. When driving, keep the load as low as possible and tilt the mast backwards.
5. Exercise caution when using the forklift on inclines. For slopes steeper than 1 in 10, drive forwards when ascending and reverse when descending. Do not turn the forklift on a slope, and avoid loading or unloading while moving downhill.
6. Remain vigilant for pedestrians, obstacles, and uneven ground when operating the forklift.
7. Ensure goods are properly secured and not stacked loosely. Take extra care when transporting items of considerable size.
8. Before leaving your seat, engage the handbrake and ensure it is set. Lower the forks to the ground, shift into neutral, and turn off the engine or disconnect the power supply.
9. When parking the forklift on an incline, apply and secure the parking brake. For extended parking, place wheel chocks under the tyres.
